The clue’s in the name here, our Kosher dessert wine is best enjoyed with, well… dessert! It’s a sweetened wine which can accompany both chocolate and cheeses deliciously well. Traditionally enjoyed and treasured in smaller wine glasses, these wines tend to be produced using grapes such as Muscat, Ortega and Huxelrebe which are naturally higher in sugar. There are various physiological ways to heighten the sweet taste whilst on the vine, including some of the grapes being late harvested which enables them to become incredibly ripe, thus gaining more sugar.
