This dessert wine comes from Chateau Clos Haut-Peyraguey, in Sauternes, France. It’s exceptionally bold, achingly sweet, with an acidity that cuts through even the strongest cheeseboard or dessert. Expect honeyed notes of apricot, peach and melon.
