Champagne is created using grapes grown in the Champagne region of France, a fertile valley located around 100 miles from Paris. It’s a delicate option of drink and is very much enjoyed in a flute glass with lighter foods such as cheese, fish and fruit. Sweetness levels range from extra brut/brut - dry up to demi-sec/doux which has a similar sweetened level as a dessert wine.
