Cognac
Cognac is a variety of brandy named after the town in France and is universally recognised as one of the finest of spirits distilled from grapes. It’s twice distilled and most well known for its dazzling spectrum of fruitiness, subtlety, versatility, intensity, warmth and complexity. Cognac can be enjoyed in many ways neat, frozen or in a long drink with tonic or ginger ale. If paired with food, we can confirm its flavours and aromas are made even better when eaten with seafood, aged cheese or even chocolate.
