Redbreast is produced at the New Midleton Distillery by Irish Distillers. The Irish whiskey is created in a single pot still, and there are currently four types available: Rebreast 12-year, Redbreast 12 Cask Strength, Redbreast 15 and Redbreast 21, the newest member of the Redbreast family. The distinctive green bottle means this whiskey can be recognised anywhere. Redbreast 12-year is a particular favourite among many enthusiasts, after winning Irish Whiskey of the Year in 2010. It was also nominated the top buy in a buyer’s guide created by John Hansell, with a high rating of 96 points.
