Heralding from the famous Speyside distilling region of Scotland, Dallas Dhu delivers rich, fruit flavours with underlying smokiness. The unique blends of single malt scotch create beautifully complemented flavours that ensure Dallas Dhu whisky is recognised for its premium quality and taste.
The Dallas Dhu distillery was designed by Charles Doig and was established in 1989, with the first cask being filled in the summer of that year. Originally it made malt whisky for the distinctive and popular Roderick Dhu blend. While the distillery closed and its last barrel filled in 1983, today it is owned and run as a visitor museum by Historic Scotland, continuing to feature much of its original equipment and participating in the annual Spirit of Speyside Whiskey Festival. The unique blends of Dallas Dhu’s single malt whisky continues to be appreciated by whisky connoisseurs today.
