Perhaps the most famous estate in the Vouvray appellation of the Loire Valley, Clos de Nouys is featured in "Les Grands Vins de Garde" as one of France's greates wines. The rich full bodied flavor and luscious sweetness are a direct result of the intensity of the grapes at harvest. Great on its own as an aperitif and a perfect wine for rich white meat or fish dinners, blue cheeses, foie gras or dessert.
