This red owes its name to a cave, discovered in the Carmel Mountains, discovered more than two centuries ago. It provided just the conditions necessary to serve as a cellar for Upper Galilee’s burgeoning wine scene. This blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot has been aged for two years in French oak barrels.
