Pascal Bouchard is a family producer owning a beautiful estate of 33 hectares of wines in chablis, all viticulture is rigorous and respectful towards the environment, the wine are vinifed and matured in the family cellar in chablis in the heart of the vineyards, this wine was made with care and passion. A wine crafted from grapes of specific locations, and matured for 9 month in 100% stainless steel in order to preserve all its freshness and natural minerality, should be served at 11oc with seafood, cold starters, or as an apertif.

Chablis
First time trying this chablis,I must say it was stunning, everyone who tried it said the same .whilst expensive for a white wine I'll definitely buy again.
