This is a one-and-a-half-litre ‘magnum’ serving of the Domaine Netofa Red. It’s made using a combination of Shiraz and Mourvèdre, and boasts a wonderfully light profile that’s reminiscent of a great chianti. Tannins are soft, and the fresh fruit notes are plentiful.
