Hailing from the Judean Hills of Israel, Barkan winery have gone all out to produce something unique with Assemblage Tzafit. This red is all that and then some. Created with Marselon, a cross of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, as well as a healthy dose of Caladoc to give it a rich character and mature flavour.
