Here we have a single-vineyard Petite Sirah, courtesy of the Ramat Sirin Vineyard in Galilee, which belongs to the 1848 winery. The seventh generation of this wine, it’s been barrel-aged for eighteen months, and limited to a run of 2,870 bottles.
