Ardbeg Ardbeg Twenty Something - 22 Year Old

A new 22-year-old whisky from Ardbeg, this one began life at a time when the distillery was under threat of demolition, its machinery faltering and production virtually ground to a halt. Thankfully Ardbeg survived, and this expression – one of the final spirits produced using equipment predating Glenmorangie’s takeover – is a beauty, a sweet-fruit explosion with undercurrents of soothing smoke.
