This blended red wine, entitled ‘Forest’ comes from the Yatir Winery in the Judean Hills. Comprising a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s heavy on sharp berry flavours, offset by leathery, savoury ones. It comes here in a one-and-a-half litre ‘magnum’ bottle.
