This Rosé is made entirely using Tinta Cao grapes, grown in Golan Heights at the Geshur Vineyard. It owes its wonderful fragrant aromatics to the process of whole-cluster pressing. It’s on the dry side, with notes of citrus zest and pleasant minerality.
