The 2016 Yarden Bar’on Vineyard is a Bordeaux-style red which brings together Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petit Verdot. The vintage was a memorable one for the Israeli winery, with a mild February giving way to a warm spring, and then a fast-and-furious harvest.
