This vintage was harvested later in the season than usual and consequently has an incredible level of richness. It has wonderful aroma notes of cranberry, blackberry and tobacco aligned with a balanced oak bouquet and flavor. This wine was aged in both new and one year old American and French barrels for nearly 18 months. Weinstock Cellar Select is the perfect food wine with soft mouth feel and nice rich, soft tannin.
