Viña Memorias is a winery around seventy kilometres inland from Valencia. This is the 2016 release of the winery’s ‘Finca Zerezal’. It exhibits spicy and balsamic qualities, courtesy of the Mediterranean terroir.  Aged for eighteen months in American oak barrels, and eighteen months in the bottle, prior to release.
