Tulip is a Galilean winery, founded in 2003 by the Itzhaki family. The vineyards here are rich in limestone and terra rossa, and sit at around 700 metres above sea level. Here, a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot has been aged for eight months in French oak, with each variety having already been aged for six months in barriques.
