The Togouchi 15 Year Old illustrates the distillery’s story perfectly, paving the way for a glorious tasting experience. The Japanese blended whisky utilises malts from Scotland and Canada, thereafter maturing them in – where else? – a railway tunnel. Expect a delicate, pastry-dusted nose, a nutty, chocolate-y palate and a gorgeous vanilla-edged finish.
