The Cave is so called for the 250 year old quarry in the Carmel Mountains of Israel, discovered in the 19th century to be an ideal natural wine cellar. This Binyamina release is aged in French oak barrels for two years, the 14% dry red blend consists of 65% Cabernet Sauvingnon, 33% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot and has a dark berry flavour
