The Cave Wine is a dry red blendof 65% Cabernet Sauvingnon grapes, 33%Merlit and 2% Petit Verdot. The grapes are harvested in the choicest vineyards and undergo meticulous production processes. Each variety is harvested when optimally ripe and undergoes cold maceration on their skin, two weeks of fermentation, and further maceration on their skins for maximum flavor extraction and to obtain the phonological compounds required for long term quality aging. Each variety is matured separately for 24 months in french oak barrels. the wines are then tested for the final blend in order to guarantee an elegant, rich and complex Bordeaux-style wine with qualities that continue to age in the bottle.
