A fresh and fruity whisky from Yamazaki. Yamazaki is known for its rich, well-rounded red berry fruit and lighter citrus zest and this new whisky is not different with it's flavour full of red fruit and a touch of sherry cask. It's also got some Mizunara (Japanese oak) matured whisky in the mix, which comes through as a complex spicy and almost incense-like note. A well put together and deep dram.
Excellent Birthday present for my stepson who likes Japanese Whisky .

Bought this whisky as a Xmas present to my husband as he really rates it and it's one of his favourites. It's lovely and smooth, full of toffee notes and very refined. I'm not particularly a whisky drinker but this goes down very well. If you have not yet tried it, do so!
