From Sirah Wine we have the Geshem, a Rhône-inspired blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. It’s a great match for fatty meat dishes like charcuterie and roast duck. The grapes were grown in various vineyards, including those of the Santa Barbara Highlands.
