This wine is Shiloh’s flagship. Mosaic comprises a perfectly-judged blend of merlot, petit Verdot, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon, aged for twenty months in French barrels. Expect complexity in abundance, with acidic berries on the nose, and a sturdy, tannin-rich body.
