This wine was made from the free run juice of premium Chardonnay grapes from the Upper Galilee region. The wine was fermented in American and French oak barrels, where it underwent malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged sur lie for seven months in the barrel. It shows an intense tropical fruit nose balanced by the woody notes of butterscotch, cashew and vanilla. Note: Pineapple and lemon aromas, fresh, fruity and crisp flavor, and long, pleasant finish. Best Served With: Full flavored crusted chicken or fish
