60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Segal's Fusion has been created by our forward thinking winemaker Avi Feldstein, to produce a young, easy to drink wine for today's fast paced and informal lifestyle. This special blend of carefully selected grapes and high-tech process of micro-oxygenation has resulted in a very round wine with exotic spiciness and plenty of fruit. Serve this wine as a complement to beef sandwiches, lamb dishes, and most importantly, good friends. Note: Deep ruby garnet color, fruit driven with aromas of exotic spices. This wine has a rich, body, and a youthful fresh finish. A remarkable blend of Merlot (60%) plus an equal masure of 20% of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc each Pairs well with tomato-based dishes such as casseroles and poultry.
