From the Psâgot winery in Israel we have this stunning Sauvignon Blanc. The winery was founded in 2003, and moved to a new site at Sha’ar Binyamin in 2020. There, the vineyards sit at between 700 and 900 metres above sea level, and the grapes are harvested by hand.
