Psagot Winery's 'October 7th' is a blended red. It is a marriage of Israeli grown Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah, and Shiraz. It was aged for six months in stainless steel fermentation tanks with French oak staves. Notes of cherry and plum.

A wine that is both excellent and meaningful
