A magnum (1.5 litre) bottle of the Petit Castel 2014 vintage wine. Made with a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Domaine du Castel is an Estate West of Jerusalem at an altitude of 2400ft. The vineyards are planted at a density of 6700 vines per hectare and produce very small yields. The grapes were handpicked and after fermentation the wine was aged 16 months in French oak.
