Produced exclusively using Shiraz grapes from the Upper Galilee region, Stratus is an excellent red from Matar. Aged in oak barrels for over a year before being bottled, at 15.2% this is a reasonably strong wine with a nice acidity and sweet cocoa flavours running through it.
