A little over 500 bottles were released of Macallan’s Exceptional Single Cask bottling for 2018. Distilled in April 1988 and retrieved from its European oak sherry butt in September 2018, this sumptuous creation has a spicy, peaty palate, with elements of orange and citrus entering the fray to admirable effect.
