An extremely fancy relaunch of Longmorn to replace the 15 year old in a bid to turn this great distillery into a global super-premium brand. According to the press release, this new bottle "...combines effortless simplicity and total attention to detail. Glass, metal, paper and leather all come together in a design synergy that delivers tactile experiential packaging.” Phew!

Above and beyond
TWL has gone out of their way in making sure this arrived sound and safe at my door. I would recommend them to all serious whisk[e]y buyers.

Scotch drinkers Scotch!
This is a superb dram with complexity in the nose and palate and a long delightful finish. For the seasoned Scotch drinker, this will be a prize. For the beginner, perhaps taste it at a bar and then realize you are learning the depth of Scotch with this one. I'm not going to give detailed tasting notes, as we all have different palates. Just know that in every aspect of a tasting, this Longmorn has depth, layers, nuances and an abundance of joyful delights. When it's gone it's gone. He new version will still be available, but this is the older version.
