Golan Heights Distillery Holy Land Gin

While it’s tempting to claim this is the Holy Grail of gin, we’re sure we’d be accused of gilding the lily. Nonetheless, Holy Land was one of two Golan Heights’ spirits to claim a distinction at the 2017 International Wine & Spirits Competition. Distilled in traditional copper stills using no fewer than nine botanicals, juniper and myrtle among them, this is a full-flavoured gin bottled at 45%.
