From the outskirts of the biblical city of Jerusalem, Hayotzer came about thanks to a partnership between the Shor family and renowned French winemaker Philippe Lichtenstein back in the 1800s. They’re still producing fine wines today, this one a full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with notes of blueberry.
