Hajdu is a wine producer based in Berkeley, California. It has a simple mission statement: to track down the tastiest and most distinctive wines that the state has to offer. Besomim is the name given to Hajdu’s more exotic wines. The 2021 version brings together Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Grenache, which are all aged for thirteen months in oak barrels.
