The Cabernet Franc is grown Vineyards in the “Mata” vineyard at the heart of the Judean Hills. "Mata" benefits from 650m of altitude & from temperature difference between night and day which is vital to retain the natural acidity of the grapes. Harvest The grapes are carefully selected Harvest:& hand harvested in early morning hours to make sure only the very best fruit is picked and arrives to the winery in perfect condition.
