‘Virtuous’ is a dry, blended red wine from Five Stones Vineyards in the Judean Hills. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot are all aged separately in French oak prior to blending, resulting in a marvellous red that goes brilliantly with a host of dishes.
