A prized bottling of the Fettercairn 28 Year Old, patiently matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 42%. Unique to the Highland company’s process, the whisky was distilled in a peculiar still which cools the neck with a continually cascading flow of water. The result is a smooth, fruit-forward expression with pleasant nutty notes.
