Bottled without chill-filtration or colouring, this outstanding ’97 Bunnahabhain is a credit to Islay. Matured in a refill sherry cask and finished in American oak for the Feis Ile 2017, the dram has plenty of wood influence and a soft, luxurious mouthfeel. Epic.
