Nose Citrus notes, nice light coastal air, a bit strong alcohol, a few floral notes in between, hints of mint, vanilla, apricots Taste Mint, then a lot of salt, the entire mouth engaging with puddles full of lime and lemon juice, in between always the mint and the salty ocean, long behind it is more towards anise, a bit bitter oak and a bit perfumed, pine forest A blend of acidity and lightness with citrus notes and some salt, yes, definitely. Finish Pine, salt and lemon are left as an aftertaste
