Made up 20 percent Cabernet Franc, 10 percent Cabernet Sauvignon and 70 percent Merlot, Les Lauriers de Rothschild Rose comes from the appellation of St. Emillion. This blend varietal wine is aged for 14 months, 60 percent in second fill French oak barrels and rests in tanks. It pairs superbly with meats like veal, duck and lamb, French cheese or grilled meat.
