This Alexander Valley Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum exhibits berry, cherry and licorice aromas and flavors, which are characteristic of this region's wines. Aging for 18 months in oak barrels has also contributed layers of mocha and vanilla. This wine is wonderful with roasted turkey, barbecued meats, or pasta dishes. To retain its character only light filtration occured and therefore sediment may appear as it ages.
Note: Wonderful complexity, finesse and depth of flavor, with layers of earthy currant, plum, wild berry, spice and cedar. Long elegant aftertaste. Best Served With: Beef or veal dishes, robust pasta dishes or full flavored cheese.
